Guided Practice: Underground Grief Pockets and Energetic Integrity

Connecting to the sense of wider holding from earth body, calling in the support of ancestors who lived in an ethical relationship to place and who knew the ways of metabolizing emotion. Feeling the primordial connection between humans and trees, connecting to the sense of trees as ancestors, teachers, and guides. Dropping into the sense of a relational root system underground with pockets of unmetabolized ancestral grief. Bringing singing and a tuning of awareness to the embodied presence of Earth and to love without need for contortion. Feeling your own energetic membrane and asking primordial protectors and benevolent trickster beings to gently devour whatever is keeping your own structural integrity at bay. Letting the trickster beings take that grief material to the other places in the ecosystem where it can be metabolized.

I am releasing a series of practices over the next weeks as offering to support your body, heart, and spirit in slowing down, feeling, and metabolizing. within the depth of complexity and unravelling we are all immersed in collectively right now in the world.

These recordings, drawn from the Mundane Mycelium and the Ecosystem Spoons course, are gathered in You Don’t Have to Hold It Alone: A Mutual Aid Energetic Resourcing Repository for folks impacted by ecological devastation and systemic unraveling.

If you or someone you know was impacted by the climate devastation in North Carolina or other ways of being touched by systemic unravelling of any kind that is feeling acute in your nervous system, you can access the full recording series right now here in a downloadable google drive folder and can share this link with others who would benefit from receiving them also: https://bit.ly/widerholding

If you are nourished by these recordings and want to immerse deeper in this kind of resourcing practice, you can make any amount of sliding scale donation for access to The Ecosystem Spoons Course for 10+ hours of guided practice: www.earthpoetedgeweaver.com/spoons
