Welcoming all aspects of our experience and connecting to a sense of support through our tangible surroundings. We moved into place of deep resting supported by wise ancestors and the sense of guardian beings who are holding the perimeter so we can let down our guard and relax inside of a protected space for feeing. We made room for the little ones in our own systems to rest inside of that protected space curled up with us and immersed in deep stillness and silence.


I’m going to be releasing a series of guided practice recordings over the next weeks as offerings for nourishment within the depth of complexity and unravelling we are all immersed in collectively right now in the world
