Connecting to support from earth and ancestors who have lived through times of immense change and uncertainty and still kept a connection to what is rooted and true and nourishing. Inviting in other support being and leaving back into the sense of being held by a wider body. Feeling the sense of that whole field of support beings and primordial presences as an ocean that your body can be held by. Letting singing and sound expression move from that place of oceanic consciousness, then finding a physical edge to contact like the wall or floor. Playing with pushing against the edge. Inviting yourself back home, feeling permission to return to a sense of primary belonging.
I am releasing a series of practices over the next weeks as offering to support your body, heart, and spirit in slowing down, feeling, and metabolizing. within the depth of complexity and unravelling we are all immersed in collectively right now in the world.
These recordings, drawn from the Mundane Mycelium and the Ecosystem Spoons course, are gathered in You Don’t Have to Hold It Alone: A Mutual Aid Energetic Resourcing Repository for folks impacted by ecological devastation and systemic unraveling.
If you or someone you know was impacted by the climate devastation in North Carolina or other ways of being touched by systemic unravelling of any kind that is feeling acute in your nervous system, you can access the full recording series right now here in a downloadable google drive folder and can share this link with others who would benefit from receiving them also: https://bit.ly/widerholding
